團結對抗微生物抗藥性

**單一個組織是無法獨自應對全球微生物抗藥性問題。**這個多面向的挑戰，只有透過「防疫一體」(One Health) 的方法才能應對，該方法將動物防疫、人類防疫、植物防疫和環境健康視為相互關聯和相互依存。這就是為什麼「世界動物衛生組織 (World Organisation for Animal Health，簡稱WOAH，前身為OIE)」 與「聯合國糧食及農業組織 (Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations，簡稱FAO)」、「世界衛生組織 (World Health Organization，簡稱WHO)」 建立了合作夥伴關係，而最近的合作夥伴增加了「聯合國環境規劃署 (United Nations Environment Programme，簡稱UNEP) 」。我們一起創立了四方機構 (Quadripartite)，這是一個獨特的合作夥伴關係，旨在動物-人類-環境交界上，對抗微生物抗藥性及其他防疫威脅。

我們作為全球動物防疫的權威機構，於跨部門全球因應微生物抗藥性行動中，擔任關鍵協調角色，並與我們的四方夥伴共同合作。我們共同提供了一個策略方法及所有利益關係者 (包括抗微生物藥品的生產、運銷和管理者) 的指引和建議，讓我們和合作夥伴在國家層級上共同努力，最大程度地造成影響和產出成果，減少抗藥性問題。

2024年

在2024年9月第79屆聯合國大會上，聯合國會員國再次通過第二份關於AMR的政治宣言。

各國達成共識，承諾在2030年前完成44項行動目標。

2024年聯合國AMR政治宣言_獸醫服務體系之關鍵重點

其中近一半的承諾與動物健康有關，包括以下四項針對動物領域的具體目標：

  1. 減少動物使用的抗微生物藥物的總量

  2. 在動物身上謹慎與合理使用抗微生物藥物

  3. 優先推動預防措施，特別是動物疫苗接種策略

  4. 以投資推動基礎獸醫服務的普及性

    📌 例如加強偏鄉地區的獸醫資源與公共獸醫服務。
